  • Non-vegetarians can have chicken breast or fish.
  •  Vegetarians can have cottage cheese, tofu, etc.
  • One cup of brown rice.
  • 6 tomatoes.
  • Increase water intake by 2 glasses.

Day 6. Meat & Vegetables

  • Non-vegetarians can have chicken breast or fish.
